Every week we receive numerous thank you letters and emails from people all over the UK. This can be from the beneficiary themselves thanking us for a wonderful experience at a Workshop, or it might be from their friends, family or colleagues telling us what a huge difference our services have made. As part of #GivingTuesday (28th November) we will be launching our Christmas Appeal and will be sharing stories from beneficiaries’ family and friends. If you have a story to share, please do get in touch via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or email.
With 1 in 2 of us receiving a cancer diagnosis in our lifetime, the demand for Look Good Feel Better is increasing. The psychosocial impact and alternative therapies are growing in popularity and are widely recognised as an important part of the treatment plan. This year’s Christmas appeal will enable us to continue to run our programme across the UK and will allow us to provide support to thousands more people living with cancer and in turn help those around them.
