We use your personal information to give you the information, services, or products you ask for. We can also use your information for administrative purposes, to let you know about changes and, if you agree, as part of our fundraising activities.

We reserve the right to share your personal information if we are legally obliged to and to enable us to apply our terms and conditions and other agreements. This includes exchanging information with other organisations for fraud and credit risk reduction.

When you are in the LGFB website and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with LGFB alone unless stated otherwise. For example, when you are using our secure online donation pages, you are going through to a partner company, Justgiving.com and it is clear on the donation page when you are going through to the Justgiving site.

As a general rule, LGFB will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it. When you are using our secure online donation pages you are going through to a partner company and the information you give such as your credit card number and contact information is provided to them (through their secure website under their terms and conditions) so that the transaction can take place.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result, while we try to protect your personal information, Look Good…Feel Better cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. When we collect your personal information we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.

How we use "cookies"
