LGFB EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SARAHJANE ROBERTSON, RECEIVES BEAUTY INDUSTRY AWARD
Sarahjane Robertson, Executive Director for Look Good Feel Better has been awarded with The Gordon Whitehead Award, for her personal contribution to the beauty and fragrance industry at this year's COPRA (Cosmetic and Perfumery Retailers Association) Luncheon and Awards ceremony.
Sarahjane has worked for the cancer support charity for twelve years. She says "I am honoured to accept this award and the recognition it bestows on Look Good Feel Better. Without the longstanding commitment of the COPRA Board and their members to our charity, we wouldn't have been able to achieve the same reach to women struggling through cancer treatment"
"The support from COPRA and all our retail partners has proved invaluable over many years. Their fundraising, promotional activities and in-store events alongside their high profile Luncheon and Ball have enabled LGFB to carry out many greatly valued projects and on behalf of all the women we touch each year - thank you."
Every year COPRA pays tribute to an outstanding individual whom the organisation feels has made an extra special contribution to the retail beauty industry. The award is named in memory of Gordon Whitehead a much admired retailer.
COPRA represents the major retailers of beauty and fine fragrance. It is a non profit making organisation and is dedicated to raising money for Look Good Feel Better. For more details about COPRA, visit: www.copra.org
